David is the Learning & Development Advisor for Ovida (www.ovida.io), an AI-informed platform which accelerates the development of coaches, leaders, and others. 

He serves as the Concierge for clients in getting the most from their use of the platform and as co-creator of the new Ovida Lab which integrates key elements of his work in the platform to enrich the user experience and outcomes. 

He also advises clients on how to align their feedback and development strategies with what we know about what it takes to become more mature and masterful in one’s role. This includes introducing them to the Narrative 720° feedback process to increase the impact of their investments in coaching and learning & development.
