David serves as Head of Ovida Labs (ovida.io). They are using his unique expertise and work on feedloops to design their platform. He advises Ovida's client organizations on how to more fully leverage the value of feedback in developing people and improving performance.
This includes:
- Designing customized learning journeys and feedloop processes
- Developing resources to help people turn insights into action
- Deploying internal professionals in new ways to work in real time
